			2010 Special Awards Program Note: It is not proper for Voitures to "Campaign" for any of the Awards. Including posting on the web. Campaigning will result in disqualification. The Awards selection is the sole responsibility of the Grand Directeur Special Awards and the Grand Sous Directeurs Special Awards as assigned. Selections for the awards are made from the Voitures Locale submissions to the Special Awards Committee.
